  • Sturgis Rally
    • Lofts are & $150 per night up to 2 people
    • Bungalow $200 per night up to 2 people
    • Cabins $500 per night
    • Min of 5 night stay
    • $20 per additional person / day
    • $100 Cleaning Fee *$200 durring the Sturigs Rally
      *prices are subject to change with out notice.
  • Off Season
    • Lofts are & $70 per night up to 2 people
    • Bungalow $80 per night up to 2 people
    • Cabins $149 per night
      *prices are subject to change with out notice.
  • Deposit:

    To confirm your reservation half of the total amount due is required. Balance is due 10 days before arrival.

  • Damage Deposit:

    Security damage deposit of $500.00 is secured by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

  • Cancellations/Refunds
    Cancellations and Refunds: If reservations are canceled 60 days in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be made less a sixty five dollar administration fee. If the cancellation is later, the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new time frame. During the Sturgis Rally and Holidays deposits are non-refundable and reservations may not be rescheduled.
